SMS Terms

These terms describe an optional Dooley's Woodworks text follow-up program. The program is not active yet.

How you would join

When a call to Dooley's Woodworks is not answered, the phone system may offer a text follow-up. It would explain that automated texts about the service request are optional. Pressing 1 during that call would give permission to text the number you called from about that inquiry. If you do not press 1, no recovery text would be sent. You could leave a voicemail instead.

What messages would cover

Messages would identify Dooley's Woodworks and may ask for details about your request, discuss scheduling, and confirm or change an appointment. This program would not send promotional or recurring marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email dooleyswoodworksnv@gmail.com. If you opt out, we may send one confirmation that your request was processed.

Service limitations

Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. A text about a possible visit does not confirm an appointment unless Dooley's Woodworks explicitly confirms the booking.
